Project overview
The customer was not satisfied by the previous system based on Siemens S7-300 and a custom PC based HMI.
The PLC Program was password protected. Our engineers have done a reverse engineering based on the existing HMI Screens and electrical drawings.
Functional Analysis was developed after several workshops with the client.
The HMI has been redesigned and all production operators were trained on the new system.
The control loops (based on PID) were tuned and the client has noticed a smooth control of the system.
