Engineering services for design and implementation a new Building Management System (BMS)

Project Presentation

It is a very big project involving more than 38 PLC to control the HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditionning) of a 17 floor bluiding.

38 PLC are connected on a high speed network and are M221 PLC based (Schneider Electric). They will control each HVAC Handling Unit and the 3 chillers for cooled water production.

There is one Master PLC, M580 based dedicated for data collection from BMS PLC. This PLC will communicate with the HMI SCADA Server (CITECT Based) through Modbus TCP network.

CSI AUTOMATION is responsible for the design, programming (PLC and HMI SCADA) and commissioning of the new BMS.

Our engineers are getting ready for the commissioning planned in Nov. 2019.
