CSI AUTOMATION has provided automation services for the new training centre CEFOP IRA.

CEFOP IRA is a training centre which has invested in the latest technologies to provide training sessions in instrumentation, automation and control, renewable energies and safety.

They have built a mini process (tank, level, pressure, flow transmitters, ON/OFF and Control Valves) for practical exercices.

Automation hardware is based on :

- Siemens S7-1200 PLC;

- Siemens ET200S PLC;

- Schneider M221 CPU;

There is a SCADA sofware WinCC TIA Portal V15 in PROFINET communication with SIEMENS CPU's.

Schneider PLC communicate via Modbus TCP IP Protocal with Siemens S7-1200 CPU which is also used as gateway for the SCADA.

Provided services include :

- System architecture design

- Wiring diagrams

- PLC programming (TIA Portal V15 and So Machine Basic)

- SCADA programming (WinCC Advanced TIA Portal V15)
